Meditation and GTD

Hi there,

I had the same question today and I'm glad to see all these interesting answers, thanks for them!

I think my attitude will be: during meditation, let the thought go without writing it, bringing back my concentration to the concentration exercise, and telling to myself: if the idea deserves it, it will come back. And with 10 minutes meditation per day (my current objective), it still has 23 hours and 50 minutes available to pop back, during my 23 hours and 50 minutes GTD capture-addict per day time :)

Great . . . Meditation and GTD,

Have found Mind Sweep Capturing prior to Meditating facilitates Meditating and Meditation Capturing facilitates what prior Mind Sweep Capturing missed for better/good Mind 'Cleansing' Capturing measure

Lastly, onward thinking for inward control?

Thank you very much
