I was getting a tad frustrated with processing stuff that I didn't really seem to be getting any value from so I used some techniques from the world of risk to try and reduce the overwhelm that I was feeling. I captured it in a blog post, thought others might find it useful.

Any other tips and tricks? Seems to have had a massive difference and makes me a lot less likely to avoid the weekly review!

If you get too much inflow into your inboxes, chances are that your Level 2 "Areas of Focus" are out of array. Could be time to re-negotiate something there.
