one key pricinple of GTD is to sort and organise task in context @home @work @computer etc.
For me and an I assume for many others too most task (> 95%) that need to get done is @work, probably also @computer @work
(for my its silly to write on a list remember milk or call mum)
The GTD system very little tools and method when the tasks are within one context, and priotising between them is not obvious
I wish I could see a method that works well in this very common situation
