Workaround for downloading MP3 files--FIXED!

Hi Connect Members!

There is a known bug with the download button in our media player on the site in which the download button gets stuck on either the first media link that you click on, or the first entry in the catalog. You'll notice this when downloading; the browser will seem to be downloading the wrong file or one you have already downloaded. The workaround is to please click on all 3 of these links when you make a selection (see attached sample).

Our team is actively working on improving our media player, but we wanted to get you a working solution in the meantime.

And now the player has been fixed.

Hi again, Members,

We've just launched a new GTD Connect audio and video player that eliminates this bug. (You may notice the tiny cosmetic change in the player.) You should be able to download the file of your choice now without having to do the additional hoop-jumping.
