Dear David,
I bought the book about 10 years ago and have used part of the GTD system extensively, and still find it very efficient and useful, especially organizing tasks based on @CONTEXTS.
HOWEVER, I have no clarity yet on how to manage the TIME line of a project in this system. For instance if I have to finish a project in two month, and have to break it up into 12 work sessions of 1 to 3 hours each. BUT none of these tasks needs to be done at any specific time, so according to GTD I shouldn't put any of it in my calendar?
Please advise.
Thanks,
Jan
