Does Purpose for 'Model' Exist ?

On this end, the Purpose for having any Model . . . especially those expressed through GTD . . . is to Create Order from Random Inputs . . . Order begets Order ?

Not sure what you exactly meant by the question, but if my guess is right:

Any model of anything has the purpose of allowing understanding the world and making predictions about future (experiences). Hence allowing to interact with the environment with some chance to get the anticipated result.

In this respect, GTD maps the first four steps of the ancient process of interaction with the environment: 1. getting input - 2. deciding - (3. postponing - 4. selecting - ) - DOING.

This process was for millenia of a low frequency and intensity, done intuitively. (the bottleneck was in DOING, not in the foreplay.)
Technological progress caused that the first four steps became of extreme intensity, the bottleneck shifted from DOING to the foreplay.

GTD is just the principles how to do this efficiently. (and yes it added a fifth step - as with plenty of stuff postponed, many become obsolete = review is needed)

Furthermore, at least on this end, from what you articulately expressed adds much to 'Modeling'

Random Inputs 'Modeled' into Capturing to Clarify to create an Ordered Output that can have varying applications in regards to one's dynamic-&-static life parameter(s) 'Model' for appropriately Ordered living or some particular predetermined end therein for easier doing fulfillment ?
