A Good Timely Example a Project and a depending Sub-Project?

Federal Taxes are likely a Sub-Project of State Taxes, since one is unable to complete State Taxes until Federal Taxes are Completed?

I'd say that state taxes would have a "waiting for" action for federal taxes. But I wouldn't call federal taxes a sub-project of state taxes. It's a dependency, but not a parent/child relationship.

Now, both of them could be subprojects of "2021 Taxes".
