This new recording is a fascinating, wide-ranging conversation between David Allen and Brian Robertson. It begins with Brian noting that they've recorded talks before, and how they'd like to cover new territory in this one. They discuss how we as humans relate to our own attention, and how the increasing complexity of our work environment has necessitated that we get stuff off our minds. In a nod to the Three-fold Nature of Work, they agree on the need to get everyone in the company involved in the work of defining the work. Naturally, they point out multiple common threads between Getting Things Done for individuals and Holacracy for organizations. They also consider what happens after your personal system and your organization's system are on cruise control.

Because David and Brian mention a timely topic—the upcoming GTD Summit—we are making an exception and also posting this in our public podcast, rather than waiting the usual months or years.
