I'm a sales director. I have about 15 sales. I started to feel not satisfied last months with how I go through my day. I don't plan my day as recommended by GTD. I have time for doing and time for processing. I have different contexts: @Agenda for scheduled meetings, @Call-chat to discuss something or follow up, @Call-meeting for calls required to set up meetings, @Office for office stuff, @Pen&Paper for actions like planning, @Computer and @Waiting.
The first problem is lack of planning. How do I know I have to be at client X then? The second problem is lack of time for computer work because I have a lot of meetings planned.
Any advice?
