Until recently, I have just been using Outlook for GTD and printing lists off whilst out and about, managing Agendas by creating an Outlook Category called @Agenda's and creating a single Outlook Task for each person or meeting, I then added into the notes section what I needed to discuss with that person/meeting and dated each one.
I have recently started Syncing my Outlook tasks to my iPhone via Toodledo and the Toodledo Task List iPhone app, and noticed that I cannot see the notes attached to these tasks on the iPhone (or couldn't work out how to!), is there firstly a way to view these notes?
If not, how do people with a similar setup manage agenda's?
