When I first read this I wasn’t applying this.

A point which came to my mind is actually the ‘To - do list’ could mean a larger note book (or a digital computer) is what I am inferring from his writing.

One question - is is Leo recommend from the record cards capturing example - that we simply cut up the different writing points captured on paper from index cards or small note book? about different topics such as new ideas or reminders - then put them in the larger gathering device which he writes is a larger note book or a mole skin .

Makes me think is this not also the purpose of a “paper binder” ? he could have just put paper binder in replace of where “mole skin” is.

Then a second point which comes to my mind is an example of myself applying this,- where say since I started using Index cards say for 2-1 weeks now* trying to use MIT - simply what I have done [which is bad] is simply allowed them to build up so in application right now I have like pile/s of cards on my (desk #which relates to @gtdstudente about 3) where - they have certain things crossed off and certain things still left on [I may have done something - like left something on the card un crossed - because I don’t want to do it right now per say - so according to the system - it should go on someday/maybe - right? Or N? #and can do this after I upload this thread.

But another point which then came to my mind is - with these tasks which are “un crossed” there are still certain ones which have a higher priority than others - so an idea came to my mind - whilst placing them in my someday/maybe I could also give them a rank priority number of 4 -1 (like also seen on list manager programme Asana) - to know which order to approach does this make sense? - Because I was also thinking without prioritising or ranking - what then happen is end up with clutter piles of lists off tasks ,where even forgetting that wrote these tasks in my memory.

*3rd point which comes to mind - was that another mistake I was making just crossing off the index card without first “emptying them into my to do list” ?

What else?
