Don't hit the ground running; just be present and ready

Hoping to "hit the ground running" at the Leveraging Focus & Vision seminar in Burlington, VT on August 5th. Can anyone suggest some worthwhile things to read in advance?
So far, I've started Part II of David's Ready for Anything book, since focus is the topic for that section.
Any more ideas from those who've attended this seminar?
Thanks,
Tom
Tom, I have had the privilege of attending this seminar many times. Each time, I walked away inspired and with new information and plans to implement.
I'll offer my $.02 in response to your question. The best thing that I would recommend that you do as you prepare to attend David's "Leveraging Focus & Vision" seminar, would be to work towards processing your stuff so that you can attend with an open mind, assured that you know what is not getting done, so that you can be completely present. You will learn more if you are not distracted by what you are not doing.
The last time I attended the seminar, both of my daughters, (age 10) attended as David's guests. They did not prepare for the event, yet they too, walked away inspired to action on the things that were important to them. They were easily able to be present and to focus on the material that David shared. Perhaps there is a lesson there for all of us.
The seminar will inspire you to think about the bigger picture of your life and the things that are important to you. It has for me, and for my children. They still have their affirmations on the wall of their bedroom.
Best regards, I know that you will enjoy and benefit from the seminar!
Eric
PS. Thanks to something David
said at the seminar, I now rarely have to ask them to brush their teeth!
