I am a total newbie to GTD ... I haven't even finished the book yet. Still, I have slung out loads of clutter, upgraded the software on my Palm and am about to make in-roads into GTD.
On the desktop side of things I have all the usual Mac software as well as Entourage. I am (almost) willing to move to Ent to get things like categories shifted to contacts. The main reason for not is the lack of "Mail Tags" and Smart folders. I am an addict for labelling things "to pay", "serial", "login" and so on. I then use rules to sort these into Smart Folders. Is there a way of doing this in Ent? I could use e2sync and run Ent alongside Mail+, but why complicate things? Another reason for sticking with iCal etc is the integration of kGTD and OmniOutliner.
So, should I change or can I get GTD to work with the Apple apps?
Thanks
