Another thread pulled my thought to that. Contexts define what to do. For example, I found convenient to check my @Office context when going out of my cube-office, just can do this or that action on my way to a printer or a WC 
Or I like to check my @Call context if I have 5-10 minutes before a late-started meeting.

So I set one for late afternoon called "Reflect" and one for late evening called "Anticipate" -- just something to remind me to get OUT of doing and either look back or look ahead.
