I have always used lists in notes for my weekly review. However it always has been a bit unwieldy even with ActionPad rather than the default Notes app on BB. Anyway yesterday I tried bMind which is a mind mapping software for blackberry. I was surprised how easy it is to use. The other great thing is that files can be imported and exported to Freemind on the desktop and topics can be turned into tasks. I'm now planning to keep my project list on bMind and also my ref material for the weekly review. It works great.
Just one thing - the import and export to Freemind only seems to work if you go for a slightly older version of Freemind.
