the exact scenario : I wrote in type of note app on 2nd phone the exact idea- that had idea an activity I could do is spend time on fourm reading/researching(whilst I was transitioning to exercising walking out house - the sort of visualization which I was having mentally - you understand?
How do I know to what degree things are worth capturing or not?
