Can't find a good file cabinet that has adjustable backing. Any suggestions?

I have been looking all over the place for a light colored file 2 drawer file cabinet that has the adjustable backing and they are hard to come by brand new. Anyone have any suggestions?
 
Could you please clarify? Are you talking about something on the back of the filing cabinet, or the adjustable divider inside the drawer?
