Confusion with Next Actions the Agenda context

What if your next action on a project is to call someone on your agenda list? Do you put that next action on your "Agenda" list only under that person's name or do you put that on your "Calls" list? Or both?

I find the agendas list and calls list can overlap too. I prefer to use agendas when there is multiple ways of dealing with a person. For people I talk to regularly, I'll use the agendas list because I might bump into them and have an impromptu chat, and prefer this over phone calls. Or if I have the choice of emailing or calling, I might also put that on agendas, as I can have an email thread discussion.

I keep calls list to people I don't have regular contact with or I am only planning to call, not likely to have a face to face, don't have their email address.
Still mulling this over though, and would be interested in other's ideas.

I personally would put the next action call on my Calls list, but then refer to the Agenda during the call. It differentiates between a conscious intention/need to call them versus the random possibility of running into them and bringing up the agenda list.

If it's a call to make, it would go on Calls. If it can wait until your next scheduled meeting or when you run across the person, Agendas. Or, if you have a call you'd likely consult your Agenda list to see what to talk about. But I would not bury a Next Action to take on Agendas.
