I love this. It has so many applications. To make room for new behaviors, I need to let go of old ones that don't serve me well. To make room for new ideas, I need to let go of old ones that have outlived their usefulness. There is only so much space in our lives. Letting go of what we don't need or want is the only way to make room for things we do.
