In this conversation with David Allen we talk about how he keeps his productivity systems up to date and organized. He also shows us his actual reference file system.

@Dave Edwards,
Was just thinking about this topic and
voila . . . your very good post appeared . . . there are no coincidences only connections?
As an aspiring
GTD'er, thank you for the subjective
GTD take-a-ways:
1. All in the
Process(
es): good
Clarify for easier
Referencing is the effect of good
Organizing
2.
Reference system: Make "Scan-
Clarifying for Digital-
Organizing" for appropriate "Paper-
Organized"
Reference file detachment which is being being kept for easier retrieval,
etc.
The digital version can be kept 'indefinitely' as a
reference and for a last digital double-check 'retention control' prior '
trashing' the paper version
3. Leveraging the
GTD thought . . . only have as many necessary '
tools' as necessary:
The more
Clarified an
Organized environment is, the less 'thinking'/'deliberating' there is to
Do in order to
Do to get things
Done?
Thank you very much . . . as always . . . most
GTD appreciated
