David's May 6 Boston Workshop Making It All Work

When David went through the six horizons, he added information that really resonated with me, making it easier for me to see how each horizon comes into play.

That information is an awful lot like 'purpose'.

That is:
Runway is 'things to do'
10K is 'things to finish'
20K is 'things to maintain'
30K is 'things to accomplish'

these 'purposes' really help me decide what goes at what level, and how to shape the wording of what I put there

but 40K and 50K were undefined.

So, here is my best guess, from what I heard:

40K: "as-if-realized things to drive the lower levels, things to inspire, things to 'fertilize your inner self image'''
50K "unrealized things to drive the lower levels, things to inspire, things to 'fertilize your inner self image'''

Anybody (David?) care to refine my attempt to complete the pattern at 40K and 50K?

How about things to dream about for 40k?

50k I see as different, more the endgame or the reason for it all.

For 40k, I have "What would life look like if it were wildly successful?"
For 50k, "Why?" (Why do I exist?) and "How?" (How will I live my life?)

These don't quite fit the "Things to ________" pattern, but I think at these higher levels I'm not looking at things as much as reasons for the things at the lower levels.

Short and catchy -- nice!

And you know what I really like? 50K is different! And, when I think about it, maybe it should be! That is, the way you present it, the lower five levels are all about 'doing', and the top level is about 'being'.
