Ecommerce host

I need a really good Ecommerce host.

Needs to have good space and bandwidth - NOT UNLIMITED!

Needs to be a reliable host aswell, one that will keep its promises and always have the staff online and awaiting my questions/problems.

Please list a few, then I will do research on them before I make my final decision.

I've used Hostway (http://www.hostway.com) for four years and never had a problem. They've even been pretty robust through the various worm attacks that sweep through every so often.

However, my site is relatively low traffic. Your mileage may vary.

More details & much obliged to coach...

Do you need just a host? What is your application... do you need e-com back-end software, as well, or just the box and space to put it on with pipe to net? MS or Unix, etc.? Real-time CC processing or non-realtime online automation? And SSL... much consideration there, or is it pretty much a one-up purchase with no need to track path and history for later retrieval?
