Thanks, Kelly, for that helpful article on email and teams. One practice that I've always wanted to implement (but haven't other than in my close circle) is to stop sending "thanks" messages. I tell those close to me that we should all assume that we are grateful for each others' help, but don't need to say it in an e-mail.
