Feedback on dictation services?

I'm wondering if anyone uses, and has feedback on any online dictations services in terms of reliability, ease of use, etc.

Transcriptionists

I've never used any services, but my pal Mike has. He wrote up his experiences with online transcriptionists on his weblog, and there's a nice (if brief) discussion that follows. Might be of interest!
