GTD is the answer.

The additional information is that GTD helps us to focus on stuff that is really important.

Does it answer your question?

Tes Teq said it best. But I will add that it isn't the responsibility of a supreme court justice to advocate for any single group, whether it be women, men, racial groups, ethnic identities, religious groups, political philosophies, or social agendas.

The successful outcome of any project (project = impartially decide xxx case) should be whether the decision can be supported by the constitution of the United States.

If only it were so easy. At various times, the Constitution has been found to support all sorts of things, many of them repugnant to early 21st century society. Different people have interpreted the same words differently.

I agree completely - different people have interepreted the same words differently (and incorrectly at times). And it isn't easy or simple. But it certainly does not make things any easier or simpler when anyone with an agenda tries to set an expectation that an impartial judge should favor any group as a prerequisite for serving on the court.
