When I first got started with GTD, I wanted to jump in and set up my systems according to David's teachings. But one thing I didn't pay enough attention to was the natural planning model. Once I took it seriously, it was like the lightbulb went off in my head. Sometimes I don't think we think about this enough. Here's more.

Ah, the NPM, one of my absolute favourite and always used (maybe over-used) parts of GTD. Thanks for the share as always Dave, I do love your videos with David, they always resonate really well
