I downloaded the pdf that explains using gmail for a GTD system and I like it very much. But I was wondering if someone who is using gmail could tell me if there is an easier way to do the weekly review. Not all of the project and next action labels show in the main view, so going through all of them requires scrolling down, hitting "more" and it's just complicated. Anyone have suggestions or know of a weekly review procedure for gmail out there?

In the prefs you should be able to make it show all messages at once.
