For those who've read Brian Mayne's Goal Mapping book, was it a good supplement to GTD's higher level planning?

Have not read the book in question.

However, the use of mapping techniques for any level of GTD is a worth while exercise ... either via paper of program.

I just happened on the the GoalEnForcer. Do you still like it. It seems very simple to use.

Thanks
