I agree it could be useful for those of us who want to add our work outlook appointments to our social ones on our home/google calender. But would it be possible to do this without the social appointments going on to my work calender. I don't want appointments to 'ring my doctor', or job interviews getting on to my shared work calender. Usually a sync is a two way process.
