GTD for workgroups
Most of our experience with working with groups includes doing one-on-one coaching for each person in the group, sometimes in conjunction with a GTD seminar, and then feeding back improvement opps for the team and assisting in getting the behaviors grooved into the culture. It's powerful stuff, and very unique to the situation and the group.
