I was listening to the GTD Fast recorded seminar, and I heard David mention in passing that the elements of GTD were just the first stage of a 5-step program for "organizational alignment" that davidco does/used to do (!). Is there any info out there on what those other for stages are and what they accomplish?
GTD is step 1 of a 5-step organizational alignment? Where are the other 4?
