I've posted an article about using Mybase for implementing GTD. This approach is quite different than using Outlook or similar tools, so it won't be for everyone. However, I find that combining Mybase's unique collection and reference tools with a simple method for tracking projects and actions works pretty well for me (it's still an experiment at this point).
Note that this approach is really only suitable if you have a very desk-bound job, since there is no Palm or PocketPC component to Mybase.
