Happy New Year!

GTD Yearly Review :?:
Make a top-down review:
- review your values;
- review your 2004 goals, associated projects, planned and achieved outcomes;
- think about and capture your 2005 goals.
I think GTD Yearly Review should be a very high level analysis of your life. The outcome of this analysis should be captured, put in the inbox and then processed and organized during the first Weekly Review in 2005 year.

:) Happy New Year, everyone :!:

Great thread 4 2day

Thanks for starting this tread. I'd like to add:

-review how you spent your best/worst time this year
-review your best/worst decisions this year
-project where you will end up this time next year
-decide who/where you want to hang out more/less with
-decide 'must read' of books (and video / audio tapes)
-write down the three most important things for you in 2005

and finally with best wishes to everyone on this board for 2005! I leave you with this quote from Eric Hoffer, author of The True Believer:

“There are many who find a good alibi far more attractive than an achievement, for an achievement does not settle anything permanently. We still have to prove that we are as good today as we were yesterday. But, when we have a valid alibi for not achieving anything, we are fixed, so to speak, for life. Moreover, when we have an alibi for not writing a book and not painting a picture and so on, we have an alibi for not writing the greatest book, or painting the greatest picture. Small wonder that the effort expended and the punishment endured in obtaining a good alibi often exceed the effort and grief requisite for the attainment of a most marked achievement.”
