GTDMatters -- An Attorney's Template -- Ecco Pro Needed

I just uploaded a new template to the GTD forum on Yahoo for attorney's that use the GTD model. I am requesting any feedback on how to
improve this template. Baseline instructions on its use can be found
in the In Basket View. I will further refine the instructions and add
additional data input forms as I gather your input.

I am receiving assistance from an attorney that frequents this group.

I am making several enhancements to the first iteration of the file. I have added several Autoassignment Rules. For example, if you add a link to a document in your file, the file will automatically be added to your Documents Folder, which can be tracked in the Reference View. In addition, if you add a URL to your template, it will be automatically added to the Net Location Folder, the Date of Entry Folder and the Websites Folder. This will facilitate the collection and mining of your favorite web sites for future reference.

I have also streamlined data entry into your In Basket, by creating two Data Entry forms. One is called Actions and the other is called Waiting For. These forms have all of the pertinent folders that you would probably use for a Top Level Next Action or Waiting For item.

For you folks who haven't tried Ecco Pro or gave up on it many years ago, I hope this will give you some incentive to give it another try. I will upload version three probably sometime tomorrow or Monday.
