I have just started using mindmanager for brainstorming and planning my projects. I love its ability to generate tasks/next actions into outlook. Around each project I create a series of next actions. However, when I use the task map-part to create the next actions, they all automatically synch into outlook. Instead I would rather synch only a few of the next actions that I select.
Is there a way to convert a (next action) sub-topic to a task map-part without retyping it? Or is there another trick?
Can anyone give me guidance (or point me to it) on how to use GTO - MM - and outlook effectively? I know about ResultsManager, but the price is too hefty at this point.
