I work for a startup and we're thinking about implementing Holacracy. Just listened to the August 2011 podcast "Holacracy & Dynamic Steering" and would like to hear from other GTD Connect members about their experience with Holacracy. How easy was it to implement Holacracy? Go all-in, or start with small pilot team? How long does it take before you saw results? How much effort is it to make Holacracy stick? Does having a GTD background help?
