Horizon of focus - How to link from 20K to 30K feet.

Thank folks. I got in this forum great advices to complete my 20,000 feet review.

Now I want to link from my areas of focus and responsabilities (20K ft) to my goals and objectives review (30K ft).

Any tips?
 
It's a similar process. Map out your goals and objectives (using mind maps or whatever works for you). Review regularly.
 
How I've started

I've found it very complicated to start my 30,000 and 40,000 feet level lists until I took my someday/maybe list during a weekly review.

Breakthru... This is my next level list. It's always been in front of my face. All I have to do is now to decide the time frame for achieving.
