hello everyoneI was wondering if I could get some clarification about horizons. I read David Allen's book and he says to keep everything out of your head. does this mean writing a paragraph about each Horizon and reviewing it? 50,000 feet 40,000 feet and so on? Thank you for any insights

1) He doesn't specify formats for the HOFs. Why should he? Would it do any good? Aren't we all individuals?
2) On a more practical level the HOFs come into play when deciding priorities. Clarity about your HOFs gives you strength in decision making. At planning and reviewing time as well as in the moment of choice; ie when deciding which NA to pick from your list.
3) This clarity has to be created (yes, it is a creative activity) within you by you. Whatever works for you, works for you. In my case, a few notebooks filled with mindmap after mindmap did the trick.
