I am new 
to the GTD approach and I bought the GTD Outlook Add-In. Yesterday, I purchased a Tungsten 3. When I Hot Synced to the T3, my Projects show up in the T3's Tasks under the Projects Category. In Outlook, Projects are just listed in the regular Outlook Tasks field. My Next Action Tasks (which are in the GTD Views:Tasks field in Outlook) did not appear to Hot Sync to the T3 at all. While I have some questions about how to configure the views in Outlook, my main questions on Hot Syncing are:
1. How do I have the Next Action Tasks to Hot Sync to the T3?
2. Do I have to have third-party software to do so?
