I use an Applicant Tracking system along with Outlook....

It doesn't really make sense for me to print all of this out, does it? I am a recruiter and make dozens of calls a day. Outlook is not customized to handle this, so does anyone have suggestions on using two task tracking systems?

Many IT shops use a service management tool to assign defects, change requests, problem and incident tickets to individual analysts. If a ticket is assigned to me, I see it in a filtered view in the tool. Each one of these tickets is usually a multi-step project.

This view is an extension of my Project list; I don't re-copy it. I do however track my next action on each ticket in my own list.
