iCal printing question

I recently got the GTD Coordinator (the smaller one), and am looking forward to incorporating it into my GTD-ing. But I use iCal and and iPhone for my calendar. I've taken the calendar pages out of the Coordinator, and I'd like to print a month or two of my iCal calendar to carry as a "hard copy" reference.

I can't seem to figure out how to print the iCal calendar in a format that will work well for the smaller Coordinator. Any suggestions?

I don't own the GTD Coordinator, but have you tried printing iCal to pdf, and then printing the pdf with two pages per page? You could fold the pages in half, and they'd be 4.25 by 5.5.

Thanks. I'll do some experimenting with PDF printing. The page size of my coordinator is 5.5"wide by 8.5" high (like a half-page). I was hoping to get a full month to print in that size. We'll see...

Gaaa! I can't do the math of folding paper. You'd never believe I build computer models for my day job. When you fold an 8.5 x11 sheet in half, which is what I propose above, the sheet is then still 8.5 but now 5.5. Exactly what you need. Sheesh.
