Our deepest thanks to the many GTD enthusiasts who have posted in and read this forum over the years. Because use has been steadily declining in recent years, we have reluctantly decided to make this forum a read-only reference archive. I believe Entourage with the latest Micro$oft patches will sync to a single calendar in ical. Backup ical and test. There are Applescripts that "sync" the two. They cost money and are a bit slow, but might be worth it to you. Another way is to use a Palm as an intermediary, by switching hotsync conduits.
Davidco sells a set-up guide for Entourage for $10. Well worth the money.
