If laughter does. . . .

If laughter does wonders for creating 'creative head space' does a Laugh list make comical sense?
@René Lie,

Delighted you you got a kick out of that . . . very observant

Came across a three-fold 'Happiness' factor list . . . M A H:

Mastery [which can make humbly developing good habits, skills, virtues like GTD, etc. so worthwhile]

Autonomy [thinking in the ability to direct one's life]

Harmony [Socially and with oneself . . . which was when Laughter came to mind . . . with others or in solitude]

Thank you very much sir

Ps. H also is a great reminder for Happiness itself along with Humor and Health etc.

Very observant of yourself!

Agree on those factors - if you want to spice up the list with some humor, you can rearrange it to spell out HAM, or exchange the A with an equivalent so the acronym becomes MEH... :)
