I located the free installation guide on the site, but during one of the webinars it mentions an Implementation guide. Upon further investigation the implementation guide is for sale for $10. Is there something different that is in the Implementation Guide that makes it worth $10? Or is it basically the same as the Installation Guide?

Hi, I'd be glad to check into that. Can you send me the link where you found the installation guide, and I'll look up the version.
I believe the Implementation Guide is a how-to manual to implement the GTD system as a whole without references to specific tools. David Co. produces and sells setup guides to specific software tools - e.g. how to setup GTD in OmniFocus, Outlook, Evernote, etc.
