@RandyNHHow do you go about trying to implement some new daily habits? Do i put them on a list and make a next action to review the list? I like to check things off as I complete them. I am using Nirvana. Any tips would be appreciated.
@RandyNH An implemented habit doesn't need to be on any list. Habits should be implemented one by one so there's no need to create a list. The best method to implement a habit is to combine it with an existing habit. For example, do five squats while your morning coffee brews, as suggested by BJ Fogg in his "Tiny Habits".How do you go about trying to implement some new daily habits? The problem I have is that I will do the habit then just completely forget about it. If I had something in my system as a reminder it would be helpful.@RandyNH An implemented habit doesn't need to be on any list. Notice "Intuit" on the check list, but I have put "intuit data entry" on my calendar for every Monday. I'm ready to take Vitamins off because it is an ingrained habit. It's been there so long I should.
