Hi Folks,

While listening to Jason Womac's February podcast (found here) I heard one of the participants mention an evolutionary biologist who believes one of the causes of depression/anxiety today is the fact that we have so many more decisions to make than our brains are capable of making. An example was given of 1-2 generations before and the limited number of choices then as compared to now.

I'm really interested in this - does anyone have a reference to the study or scientist? Thanks!
