Input Requested: Train the Trainer Proposal

Hello Fellow GTDers,

I'm looking for input from anyone with experience creating a proposal on bringing GTD to your company, specifically the internal GTD train the trainer offering by the David Allen Co.

I work for a fortune 100 corp and am going to create a proposal to have me and a peer trained as an internal GTD facilitator.

If you have put something like this together I would love to hear how you approached your senior management, what went well and when you would have done differently.

Thanks in advance,

Jason

Public Seminar

Sorry to hijack your post going a little off topic...I am working on a proposal just to be allowed to attend a public seminar. Bertha and Rachelle at the David Allen Company have been helpful in getting materials for my proposal. Sounds like Kelly is helping you already.

I was wondering if anyone has done a proposal for training just to attend a public seminar? Any input would be appreciated.

Trainers

Hi, i work for a UK company and we have a drive to start changing the culture to a GTD culture, starting at the leadership level, then at a manager level and then at an employee level, are there any offerings to target these types of levels, ideally we would like to run such events in house to kick start our GTD culture ... appreciate any pointers ...

Hi Carl...first of all just to make it clear..I'm not affiliated with the David Allen company in any way so this is just a personal offer/observation - my background is in training (thousands of hours) and coaching (hundreds of hours) and my interest in GTD is personal - I love it and see the possibilities of it. I'm on GTD connect to get to black betl. ( In fact on my someday/maybe is the idea of being a GTD trainer/coach) I work on capturing everything and do a regular weekly review. But I would be interested in maybe helping you brainstorm some ideas around it and let's see what would happen after that.. if this appeals to you please let me know and we can set up a time for a phone call...
