Installing outlook add-inns failed

Since a month I try to install GtD outlook add-inns for the trail version, but it always failed and outlook (XP in a corp. environment) collapses always when activating the gtd.dll. I tried erverything but nothing works out: deinstalling Palm sync. software, new laptop with no other outlook add-inn, etc. Is somebody out there, who can help?
