Internet Syncing with Treo

Has anyone here figured out how to sync the treo with their home PC over the Net? I found some instructions for the Treo 330 (I have a 600) but they don't work for me.

BTW, I know its a security risk, but I would like to get it working so that I can figure out how to secure it.
