iPhone/online: RTM vs Toodledo also (separate q) implementation of Waiting for

Hey guys,
After listening to and enjoying the GTD audiobook, I am going to fully implement this system, however a key part of that for me will be the task manager I use.
I need a system that works on my iPhone and online, and have pretty much narrowed it down to toodledo, and remember the milk.
If anyone has any input that can push me either way I'd love to hear it.

Also, a separate question I have is: would 'waiting for' be a context or a folder?
e.g. with toodledo you might have folders for inbox, projects, etc. And also, what about someday/maybe? I'm pretty sure that someday would be a folder but I am less sure where the place to put waiting for would be - and yes, I know that people might be different, in that case just say what you would do, or what GTD intends.

I tried RTM and Toodledo and went with Toodledo. While RTM has a prettier interface, Toodledo beats the pants off it in terms of functionality and flexibility.

However I use Appigo Todo on my iPhone. I tried out Toodledo on the iPhone but found it quite difficult to use. Appigo Todo is very powerful but easy and intuitive to use. And it syncs nicely with Toodledo.

My setup uses just four folders:
- Next (Actions)
- Projects
- Waiting for
- Someday/Maybe
...in addition to my Inbox (which on Toodledo is named "No Folder".

I have fairly typical Contexts (@home, @work, @online, @call) and Tags (business, personal, family, etc).

They both work fine. Toodledo is less expensive to get started with, so I'd try it first. The RTM iPhone app is 1st-rate, but I find the web version not so pleasant to use. While Toodledo is a not pretty, it has a lot of functionality, and is improving continuously.

Waiting For is a context I review weekly. I use Toodledo, using contexts, folders (=areas of focus), and tags (=projects). That's just one approach, though.

I use Toodledo currently with the exact same setup as PeterW.

I find the biggest strength with Toodledo is also its biggest weakness - the fact you can set it up in so many different ways.

Great because you can (hopefully) find a set up that has everything you need. Bad because Toodledo wasn't designed with GTD in mind so you end up with a lot of workarounds.

I'd tried a lot of times to get Toodledo working
for me before I found a setup that works - go to the Toodledo forum and look for Proximo's GTD setup. He has really thought it through nicely. I had deserted Toodledo for Nozbe, but this brought me back again. This works well both on the Toodledo web and with Todo iPhone app.
